We have been advised of a power supply issue which is affecting your connection, service will be restored when power returns, unfortunately we do not as yet have a time frame.
You may powercycle your equipment by powering down for 30 secords, however please do not reset your equipent as this will render it unable to reconnect when service is restored.

This antenna has been re-terminated to our switch and this has restored service, the engineering team will continue to monitor for stability.
